These terms govern orders placed on this website.
Purpose
These terms define how the publisher’s services are sold, along with the rights and obligations of both parties.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros. Payment is made using the methods offered at checkout. The order is firm once paid.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory fourteen-day withdrawal period, except where expressly waived for a service fully performed before the end of that period.
Complaints
Any complaint should be sent to the contact address in the legal notice. Failing agreement, a consumer mediator may be appointed.
In case of discrepancy between language versions of this document, the French version prevails.
